The perfect blend of a traditional South African favourite and an ancient Chinese icon.

Sichuan flavours are known to be bold, which is why this beef snack will lead to a unique taste experience. Try them, but be warned: one bite is never enough!

This air-cured beef snack is hand-crafted using the traditional South African method at our Hong Kong factory with Wagyu beef, freshly flown in from Australia. Each piece is sliced against the grain, ensuring tenderness and flavour in every bite. Our in-house spice blend, made from natural ingredients, elevates the Wagyu Biltong experience.

Wagyu Beef, Coriander Seed, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Sichuanpepper & Chilli, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Hong Kong is incredibly humid, which puts your Biltong, Chili Bites and/or Droëwors at risk of spoiling if not properly stored.

BEFORE OPENING

If unopened, it can last for up to 2 months if stored in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is necessary.

At Aitch's, we use oxygen absorbers within our packaging (the little white square bag), to ensure that our Biltong, Chilli Bites and Droëwors stay fresh for longer before opening.

AFTER OPENING

Due to the Hong Kong humidity, there is an increased chance of spoiling if left out and not stored appropriately. We recommend that once opened, your product should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.

Returns Policy

At Aitch’s, we accept only the best when it comes to our premium cuts of beef, and that  extends to the finished product as well. 

If your purchase is not completely to your satisfaction please return for a full refund within 14 days of shipping out from our facility. Returns will be given as a money back refund or you may request a replacement of the same product or different product of equal value.

If there has been an incorrect order delivery or spoilt product, the return shipping will be paid by us. Should you decide that you would like to return a product for any other reason other than it being an incorrect order or spoilt, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@aitchsbiltong.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond soonest with instructions for how to return items from your order.
