Our WAGYU SICHUAN CHILLI BITES are a perfect blend of a traditionally South African favourite and an ancient Chinese icon.

Sichuan flavours are known to be bold and this is the reason that these CHILLI BITES lead to a very unique taste experience. You'll have to give them a try and decided for yourself, but they come with a warning - one bite is never enough!

INGREDIENTS:

Wagyu Beef, Coriander, Salt, Sichuan Pepper, Sugar, Chilli, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce

Free from allergens.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

A few notes on storing your product

Hong Kong is incredibly humid, which puts your Biltong, Chili Bites and/or Droëwors at risk of spoiling if not properly stored.

Before opening

If unopened, it can last for up to 2 months if stored in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is necessary.

At Aitch's, we use oxygen absorbers
within our packaging (the little white square bag), to ensure that our
Biltong, Chilli Bites and Droëwors stay fresh for longer before opening.

After opening

Due to the Hong Kong humidity, there is an increased chance of
spoiling if left out and not stored appropriately. We recommend that,
once opened, your product should be kept in the fridge and consumed
within 5 days.

Yummy Biltong

I am just ok with Biltong as food. Can't say I am fond of it. This Sichuan Chilli flavour has just changed my thoughts on Biltong :) Thought it was pricey for the small portion though. Will order for party gatherings.

We love this biltong!

We tried four different types of biltong with our most recent order from Aitch's. They were all good, but the Sichuan Chilli one was our favourite. It has just the right hint of spice and is bursting with flavour, and it is also much softer to chew than a lot of the other brands of biltong out there.

At Aitch’s, we accept only the best when it comes to our premium cuts of beef, and that  extends to the finished product as well. 

If your purchase is not completely to your satisfaction please return for a full refund within 14 days of shipping out from our facility. Returns will be given as a money back refund or you may request a replacement of the same product or different product of equal value.

If there has been an incorrect order delivery or spoilt product, the return shipping will be paid by us. Should you decide that you would like to return a product for any other reason other than it being an incorrect order or spoilt, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
