This is sold per weight that you specify. Please let us know if you would like your biltong to be packed divided into a specific weights and we'll see how we can make this happen!
Hong Kong is incredibly humid, which puts your Biltong, Chili Bites and/or Droëwors at risk of spoiling if not properly stored.
BEFORE OPENING
If unopened, it can last for up to 2 months if stored in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is necessary.
At Aitch's, we use oxygen absorbers within our packaging (the little white square bag), to ensure that our Biltong, Chilli Bites and Droëwors stay fresh for longer before opening.
AFTER OPENING
Due to the Hong Kong humidity, there is an increased chance of spoiling if left out and not stored appropriately. We recommend that once opened, your product should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 5 days.

Excellent biltong. As good as any and better than most I’ve tried.
I am from Zimbabwe and being able to get droewors and biltong this good in Hong Kong is so good for the soul. Yum
Be warned when you order that you better mention the cut and if you want it in separate bags of x grams to avoid getting one bulk bag! That said, this is some insanely yummy biltong ~~ you should try it! The texture is quite soft and wagyu-like, I barely can believe it is Angus... The taste is far more refined compared to jerky, its more "beefy" and the subtle hints of seasoning really compliment the taste (and aftertaste). Maybe I should try the wagyu next to see how that compares :) in any case... definitely 5 stars!
