Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes
- 150g Feta Cheese
- Fresh Basil
- Salt and Olive Oil
- Pasta For Two
- 30g Aitch's Extra Lean Biltong or Extra Lean Garlic Chilli Biltong
Instructions
- Place the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, salt, and olive oil in the air fryer basket or an oven dish. Cook for 18 minutes at 190°C (200°C for 20 minutes in the oven).
- Cook the pasta separately according to the package instructions.
- Once the air fryer or oven has finished, mix the cooked pasta with the baked tomatoes and crumbled feta. Add chopped fresh basil.
- Cut your favourite Lean Biltong into small pieces, add to the pasta, and enjoy!
