Ingredients (Serves 3)

Instructions 

1. Air-fry 20g of Wagyu Sliced Biltong for 5 minutes at 180°C

2. Slice your Biltong en little pieces and save some small pieces for decoration

3. Add that to a blender with the ice cream

3. Add milk and keep blending until all the ingredients are combined

4. Pour your milkshake into a glass and add whipping cream on top

5. Sprinkle some Wagyu Sliced Biltong on top, add a straw, and enjoy!

As you lay back and enjoy this delicious high-protein blend, let the whipped cream tickle your nose (because why not?) and those little biltong bits surprise you with each gulp.  Whether you’re sipping solo or sharing with pals, this milkshake is all about good vibes and great flavours.
