Preparation (Serves 3)

1. Air-fry 20g of Wagyu Sliced Biltong for 5 minutes at 180°C

2. Slice your Biltong en little pieces and save some small pieces for decoration

3. Add that to a blender with the ice cream

3. Add milk and keep blending until all the ingredients are combined

4. Pour your milkshake into a glass and add whipping cream on top

5. Sprinkle some Wagyu Sliced Biltong on top, add a straw, and enjoy!
